Buzz and Woody sketch dump 04

Buzz Lightyear and Sheriff Woody Pride in yet another Toy Story sketch dump.

This time, with Jessie and Bullseye, too!

I just felt compelled to draw Jessie, because I love her and haven't drawn her before. Still having fun with facial expressions, and now I've put in glamour shots-like headshots of everyone's favorite dolls. *sigh*

I don't know what the context is for Buzz and Woody's conversation there. Originally, Woody was gonna be saying something about something that happened that was played out totally how he didn't mean it to, like he did something selfless or whatever completely by accident, with Buzz slapping him on the back with a hearty "Well done! I'm proud of you, Sheriff!" And Woody being all "Bu-wha-I didn't even..."

....anyway. So yeah, fill in the blanks yourself, I have no idea what the context is, I just like Woody's expression of AARGH How did that happen *harsh laughter* I don't belIEVE this etc. I WAS SO CLOSE IT WAS WITHIN MY GRASP AND THEN DESTINY INTERVENED god the world hates me.

why? Because THAT, my friends, is what gets the plot moving for EVERY. SINGLE. TOY STORY MOVIE. It is things going horribly wrong as one thing leads to another, like dominoes and ends up crashing down like a house of cards, all because some goddamn metaphorical butterfly flapped its wings in Tokyo. The world hates Woody and will stop at nothing to make sure his life gets royally fucked up in as many ways as possible. NO EXCEPTIONS.
